Ingredients
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
4 big eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper as needed
Fresh herbs for decoration (optional)
Instructions
Prepare Steaks: Add salt and pepper generously to each side of the steaks.
Heat Skillet: In a big skillet, allow the olive oil to become hot over medium-high heat until it shines.
Cook Steaks: Place the steaks in the skillet and cook them for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then the other, for medium-rare – or to your liking. Take the steaks from the skillet and allow a brief rest.
Fry Eggs: In that same skillet, break the eggs and cook them with the yolks up or to your liking. Add a bit of salt and pepper.
Serve: Cut the steaks into slices and set them next to the eggs. Decorate with herbs, if you want.
